Casino Arizona Starts Process On Resort Destination
Arizona is the land of the desert. The desert is the place that has made Las Vegas famous. The Arizona Casino Resort and Spa is hoping that the two come together in spectacular fashion.
Construction has begun on what is targeted to be one of the premier vacation destinations in the United States. The project, which is coming from the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, is expected to open its doors to customers in 2010.
The centerpiece to the new resort will be a 497 room, 15 story hotel. The casino gaming area will equal 240,000 square feet. Luxury suites and a spa will also be on the premises.
The spa will be an experience all in itself. It will be located fourteen floors up and will feature 13,000 square feet of open air amenities. Sauna and steam rooms will be available. Massage areas, relaxation and serenity areas, and a training facility will also be available for use.
The showroom in the hotel will hold 750 seats. Concerts will be able to hold up to 2,000 people. Restaurants will also be accessible, with a buffet as the main attraction.
Community culture will be at the forefront of the design for the new casino-resort.
