Cordish Ready To Jump Into Casino Gambling Industry
The Cordish Company has developed some big projects in the Missouri area, now they are prepared to enter into the field of casino gambling.
Cordish released the news on Tuesday that they are forming a casino management company, and that they are partnering with a strong casino presence to form the company.
Dennis Gomes will be the partner of Cordish. Gomes has been the president of Steve Wynn's Golden Nugget casino in Las Vegas. He also was president of the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The resume does not stop there for Gomes, who also has served on the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, and on the Nevada Gaming Control Board. He will be the CEO of the new company, Gomes and Cordish Gaming Management LLC.
The plan for the company will be to operate all over the world with their gaming projects, and they are believed to be looking into the possibility of taking over a couple of Atlantic City Trump Entertainment Resorts.
