A prominent casino owner has been charged today with perjury. The owner allegedly lied to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board about his involvement with organized crime.
Louis DeNaples, the owner of Mount Airy Casino Resort was charged today with four counts of perjury. The charges stem from DeNaples apparently lying to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board about his ties to the mob.
