Las Vegas Heavyweight Gets Into Ring in Kansas Casino Expansion

This is a developer that has built and run some of the most famous casinos in the gambling capital of the World, Las Vegas.

Play Now at Las Vegas USA Casino! Kansas is looking to find the right fit for their new casino license. Developers must first make an impression on the local level. Then, there must be enough persuasion to convince the Kansas Lottery they are worthy.

On Thursday, Marvel Gaming beat the deadline and submitted their application to build a casino in Sumner County. On the surface this looks like just another developer trying to move in on the casino gambling craze.

A further look into the company shows that this is not just your ordinary developer. This is a developer that has built and run some of the most famous casinos in the gambling capital of the World, Las Vegas.

Marvel Gaming is a company that was formed by the Binion Family Trust. If that name sounds familiar, it is because that is the same family that has operated Binions and other casinos in Las Vegas for decades now.

In order for Marvel to be selected, they must negotiate a contract with the Lottery. Once that is complete a state review board will pick one proposal for the area.

Marvel is proposing a $390 million hotel and casino complex off the Kansas turnpike at the Wellington exit.
