CAP London Brawls Prove Strength of Online Gambling Industry

Play the Best Slots at Superslots Casino! Many online gambling analysts and industry insiders are warning CAP, GPWA, Gambling911, JTodd, and other angry affiliates to not let the CAP scandals and rogue poker room fiasco get out of control. We strongly disagree. Let the fire burn, we say.

These so-called experts worry that outside sources, like Focus on the Family, or  politicians who vehemently denounce all forms of gambling (except of course for bingo, horse racing, and the lottery), will use the current situation to prove of the corruption within the industry. They may say the industry is run 'mafioso style'. They may say the industry is in chaos. They may say lots of things, but one thing they cannot say is that the industry sits back and does nothing when corruption is revealed.

If the world is watching, let them, we say, our true colors are showing through, and they reveal a strong hatred for corruption and monopolies.

The industry believes CardSpike is corrupt. The industry believes Lou Fabiano, the owner of CAP, who has a business relationship with CardSpike, also, is corrupt. The industry believes the entire CAP organization is now corrupt and not to be trusted. Within days of this corruption being revealed insanity ensued.

Affiliates and players alike have demanded answers.  Would this insanity happen in a mafioso-style organization, or would it quickly be squashed? Would those in the lower rung of a mafia family be able to raise objections, concerns, complaints, and demands to the Godfather?

JTodd, the industry's most liked and appreciated video reporter, through information gathered from GPWA owner, Michael Corfman, revealed the connection between Lou and Cardspike and insisted that the CAP owner come clean. When Lou did not come clean, more reporting by JTodd revealed another connection between Lou and this time a legitimate online casino, Absolute Slots. Meanwhile, Lou, and his partner Warren Jolly, are banning people left and right at the CAP forums. Anyone who speaks out against them or even asks for clarification, are booted. Now, this is 'mafioso-style'. But, it's not the mob!.

If CAP is run mafioso style and Lou is the head of this 'mafia', well then, how was this story even able to get out? I seem to remember very few foot soldiers of Don Corleone's family speaking out against him to his face. I seem to remember very few of them who reported all his wrong doings to the press. I remember very few who, when faced with threats, insisted to carry on with the fight.

In this industry, there may be corruption by the very few, but the vast majority passionately oppose it. I dare any analyst to show me an industry in the entire world where the benefactors so vehemently stick up for what is right in order to protect the majority of the people; instead of just the few at the top.

Brawls cascaded through the London CAP Convention floor this week because people are so mad about corruption, or so mad about being caught as the corrupt.

So all anti-gambling activists be on guard, because when people in this industry see injustice (UIGEA, Washington State, Louisiana, Kentucky), they make justice get served... eventually.

And if analysts want to use the past week's craziness against us, show them this article and they may realize that this is a time for the online gambling industry to rejoice in its strength, not fear for its weaknesses.
