Miss Scarlett is Online Gambling with the Lead Pipe in the Parlor
Clue, the famous board game which has spawned movies and is iconic to generations of US families, is being converted to an online version in which players are gambling for prizes. WorldWinner.com is launching Clue Mystery Match, the Internet gambling version of the Hasbro classic. The online version will involve players taking part in eight rounds, each round involving uncovering an element of the murder mystery. Cards are matched in each round, with a remaining unmatched card at each round's end leading to the suspect, weapon, and location of the crime.
Players are graded on points for correctly solving the aspects of the murder, as well as how quickly they do so. Cash prizes are awarded for high scores.
WorldWinner already has a series of Hasbro games, with skill-based competition leading to cash payouts for paying customers. Among the other online gambling titles already available are Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit, and Scrabble.
"In WorldWinner's new online twist on this classic, our long-time fans will love putting their detective skills to the test for cash and prizes," said Jim Acton, Hasbro's Director of Licensing, Gaming and Lottery.
New Internet gaming games from WorldWinner are being developed from Hasbro licensed products, including Twister! and Battleship.
