Online Casino Suite Blacklists Lucky 18 Casino
Online Casino Suite, the top-ranking US online casino portal for the search term "online casinos," has announced they are placing Lucky 18 Casino on their blacklist. The move comes as a shock, as Lucky 18 had at one point been cited by OCS as its Best Online Casino.OCS writers say its the first time an online gambling site that had been approved had found its way onto the blacklist. The blacklist contains the names of Internet casinos found to have indulged in fraudulent or unethical behavior toward customers and affiliates.
Lucky 18's strong sign-up bonus program led to many in the gaming industry, including Online Casino Suite, to recommend the casino to players, Unfortunately, it seems the operators were able to afford the bonus program because they did not bother to pay winning players.
The OCS staff cites at least two notable complaints by patrons, who say their attempts to cash out from the casino have met with no response. Phone calls and e-mails to customer service were not returned by Lucky 18.
While Lucky 18 operates on Real Time Gaming software, the problem seems to be contained to Lucky 18. Hopefully, RTG officials will pressure the owners of the online casino to answer the charges against it, and make good to the players looking to collect. In the meantime, Lucky 18 is a gambling stop best avoided.

| I received something in the mail today 6/3/2010,, so they are still trying to recruit patrons. I tried calling two numbers, one was busy, the other went to an answering machine? I tried live chat, didn't work. I even tried signing up, so I can chat. After signing up, I couldn't even get the server to work. I just kept getting server errors. STAY AWAY!!! | |

| I won $1000 three weeks ago and after i reversed my withdrawal to continue playing i rerequested a $700 withdrawal two weeks ago. They requested i send in some personal documents such as my id which i was hesitant at first to send however believe it or not almost 2 weeks after sending it i received $700 in to my account. After receiving my money im willing to keep playing there. The staff are quite helpfull too. I hope you guys have the same good fortune too! | |

| i wo 750 dollars on 7/29 with luckey 18 casino. I immediatley presented my faxback form and was approved by the casino. I have been in contact with them for dozens of times and have been told everything in the book of excuses. I think that lucky 18 casino is definatley a scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! | |

| Yes, hello to all, I too have submitted a withdrawal from lucky 18 in the amount of $500.00 on Sept. 8, 2010 and still have not received any news as to when or where my money will be sent. It has been over two month's and nothing. My last contact with them was on November 8, 2010 on chat. Was told that they were in the process of changing companies that handle the withdrawals and that I would receive my money soon. This did not happen and then contacted chat again and was told that my withdrawal was approved and that I would be getting it soon. To all beware, I for one feel that providing all my information to them and still not get any money from them seems to me that this will be some type of identity theft scam and plan to change all my information. I feel my information is being passed around in the UK. | |

| I initiated my deposit and it was approved july 25th. I too get the run around everytime i chat with them and have an email folder full of the chat transcripts. the latest is:(taken right from the transcript) "Naomi: Hi Mark, funds will be sent out on the last working day of November and you will be receiving your funds in the first 7 working days of December, we are sorry for the delay but we now have a system in place. thank you for your patience :) we'll see and i'll update if i get anything. | |

| Of course DEC 9th has come and gone, and still i have not gotten my withdrawal. The operators were getting VERY arrogant with me in chat that first week in Dec. When they said the money would be paid out. I keep all the transcripts. Now i keep getting...there is a small hold up...but they can't answer what that small hold up is. these guys are pathetic. I'll update if i ever get anything...I keep telling them....see you tomorrow cuz i bother them at least once a day now...telling them i will until i get my money! | |

| YEP i got ripped to since september of 2010 lucky 18 has now taken my name off the login and i cant get in touch with them i had the same stoey all of you have i won 2,000 and no pay out suppose to have sent the last day of nov. as you no know its jan. a new yaer and nothing its sad that they take advantage of usa players its not right, wish i knew how to get help. | |

| As you all may have noticed by now that we can no longer log into Lucky 18, it gives an error message saying cannot connect to the server. I never did get any withdrawal from them, and quite frankly was getting sick and tired of the online operators giving the same excuses over and over again. i have a good 100 or more chat transcripts with their operators. | Won $50 from a $10 bonus i received in an email. The email said Lucky18 are under new management so thought would give them a go. I requested the withdrawal, sent them the forms with all my info. And today (5/30/2011) they told me my withdrawal has been sent :D really happy all you guys above i think this new management team know what they are doing!!! | |
