Progressive jackpots running at Playtech online casino games will be featured on mobile gambling, as well. Playtech also plans to provide a greater level of security for mobile gaming patrons, and promises protection for potential problem gamblers.

Playtech has also inked several deals with other gambling interests lately, leading to industry speculation. A recent agreement with Sportech puts the company in position to offer sports betting as one of its new mobile applications.

And its partnership with Scientific Games has many wondering whether Playtech is acquiring position to secure a US license if and when that country's online gambling market is opened. Presently, US customers are denied Playtech online casino products, as a result of the UIGEA ban.
