Playtech Playing Games With Mystery Company in Asian Market
Playtech is a company that is already one of the biggest contributors to online gaming, now they are partnering with a mystery company by providing player to player games and online poker to the firm.
The deal is a three year project and Playtech will provide the mystery company with Asian community game favorites, Cho-Da-Di, Do-Di-Zhu, and thirteen card poker.
Playtech is expecting that the new three year deal will make earnings in the second quarter of 2008 more profitable, with some projecting $4 to $5 million revenue for the entire year of 2008.
Playtech's plan has been and continues to be that the company is buying out all of its competitors, and strengthening itself as the most dominant provider of online gaming software in the world.
Chief executive Mor Weizer told Reuters, "Acquisitions remain a target for us....We are moving forward with that and analysing the market."
