Royal Joker Casino Latest Online Casino from Jackpot Factory
Royal Joker Casino, an online casino formerly owned by Intertops, is now a member of the Jackpot Factory. The deal, whose terms have not yet been made public, makes Royal Joker one of the Jackpot Factory's gaming sites effective today, September 1st.The deal allows Royal Joker to continue to operate on the Microgaming platform. Intertops, which had been a long-time licensee of Microgaming's, left the Internet gambling software developer for Real Time Gaming earlier this year.
Intertops chose to partner with RTG as a way to re-enter the lucrative but legally uncertain US online casino market. Microgaming had exited the US market after the Kentucky online domain debacle, and Intertops had been forced to leave with them.
Intertops now will operate as an RTG-powered gambling company, and Royal Joker joins the Jackpot Factory, which is powered by Microgaming.
The news still has not been posted at the Jackpot Factory website, which does not mention Royal Joker; but the Royal Joker website confirms it is a member of the Jackpot Factory, and runs on Microgaming software.
Players fond of Royal Joker will probably be pleased the site is able to retain its affiliation with Microgaming, whose progressive jackpots are consistently among the largest in the world.
