California Gaming News

The people of California are apparently the most eager to have legal and regulated online gaming and poker laws. Constantly state representatives are introducing bills meant to legalize and regulate the industry on a state level. After the UIGEA passed the state that seemed to be the most upset about it was California. However, many congressmen in the state still hold to old stereotypes of the thuggish gambling players and don't realize the safegaurds that are available on the Internet.
